In this three-day Equity Institute, participants will recharge and reimagine schools and districts as Communities of Belonging that empower, transform, and connect the lives of students, educators, leaders, parents, and community members. We’ll practice experiential and whole-person-centered learning as we explore topics and themes that create communities of belonging.
The Equity Institute includes a welcome dinner, two breakfasts, two lunches, snacks, opportunities to engage and network, one-year subscription to Epoch On-line Community, Epoch Education Conversation Starters Deck, a copy of Solving Disproportionality and Achieving Equity by Dr. Eddie Fergus, and time to explore the historic gold rush town of Folsom situated on beautiful Lake Natoma.
